Saturday's Highlights!

Congratulations to Stephen Guo for being the Twitter profile pic this week. 

Here are some highlights from Saturday!

What a great weekend for these guys!  The team was 5-0!  Great job!

Important Information regarding Saturday's Super Quad.

1. The match will take place on 304 North Sheppard St. Richmond, VA. That is the site of our home gym but NOT the site of our school location. Therefore please inform any fans/parents that the match will take place there and not the school location.

 

2. Parking - Due to us not owning the gym or parking lot anymore, we cannot park in the parking lot in front of the gym. There will be plenty, but you will need to find parking along one of the streets in the area. Please also share this with any fans/parents that attend.

 

3. We will do a very short recognition of our seniors before the first match.

 

4. Weigh-ins - will be at 2:00 with wrestling starting at 3:00 (Woodberry will weigh-in upon arrival and will have the bye the first round). We are plus 3 since Woodberry will have  a match on Friday.

Tigers win Three!

Last night the Tigers were on point and took three wins in their Quad meet.  The visitors were from Covenant, Manchester and Episcopal.

Go Tigers!

Busy Weekend for the Tigers!

The Friday night quad meet at Georgetown Prep was full of action.  The Tigers won two of the three matches, beating Pallotti and Landon.  On Saturday, the boys participated in the Inaugural Mountain View Duals in Stafford, VA.  It was a good showing overall with a fourth place finish out of 10 teams.  However, the boys came away with a lot of ice on various muscles! 

Coming up this weekend, the boys are home!  Friday 1/17 at 4:00 pm is a Quad Meet with Manchester, Covenant and Episcopal.  Saturday, 1/18 at 1:00 pm is a Tri Meet with North Stafford and Collegiate.
